Technology, product and regulated operations
Two decades in information technology, including eight years in Luxembourg’s regulated financial sector, have created a practical view of how applications succeed-or fail-inside complex organisations. The experience spans solution delivery, fintech assessment, application engineering, application management, business analysis, business enablement, quality assurance, data migration and technology governance, with cross-border exposure across South Africa, Luxembourg, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Malta, Monaco, Mauritius and the United States.
The role has consistently operated between senior business stakeholders and technical delivery teams: understanding the financial and operational problem, challenging whether a proposed solution is fit for purpose, and ensuring implementation decisions remain aligned with service stability, control, audit and regulatory expectations.
Application engineering and designated cloud-governance responsibility within a major international wealth-management environment, including criticality and risk assessment for outsourced and cloud-based business applications.

Designing, developing and improving business-critical financial applications rather than treating technology as a procurement exercise alone.
Business enablement
Translating executive priorities and operating pain into requirements, delivery decisions, adoption plans and measurable change.
Cloud and technology risk
Assessing criticality, outsourced and cloud application risk, control expectations, service dependencies and regulatory readiness.
Finance and data operations
Working across accounting, payments, data migration, reporting, integrations, controls and the systems that support regulated financial services.
This experience includes the design and development of enterprise financial applications, including Keizen Accounting, which forms part of the wider application stable. That product-building perspective keeps Capital Blueprint grounded in what must actually be engineered, operated and supported.
