Connect terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Capital Blueprint Connect mobile application and related services. By registering or using Connect, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented by the subscriber organisation that authorised your access.

You may use Connect only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these terms, have been authorised by a subscriber organisation or Capital Blueprint, and are permitted to perform the actions available to your role. Access as an investor does not create authority to act for a fund, tenant or other person.

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and recovery information, secure every registered device, and promptly revoke or report a device that is lost, replaced, shared without authority or suspected of compromise. Each trusted device may have a separate device identifier or key and may be revoked independently.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of an applicable obligation. Do not approve an unexpected request merely because it appears in Connect.

Connect presents information supplied by an enrolled application or subscriber workflow. Before approving, you must review the requesting application, transaction, fund or investor context, amount, policy, device and any other material details shown or available in the underlying application.

• Approve only requests you initiated, expect or are authorised to decide.
• Deny and report requests that are unexpected, unclear or inconsistent.
• Do not treat device authentication as proof that the underlying instruction is commercially, legally or operationally correct.
• Where required, complete review in Capital Blueprint OS or the requesting application before confirming in Connect.

You must not share credentials or recovery codes; bypass security or device controls; register a device for an unauthorised person; interfere with the application or its services; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; submit unlawful or misleading information; use Connect outside the authorised tenant or purpose; or attempt to access another user's, investor's or tenant's information.

You must maintain supported device software, install important security updates and use a secure screen lock. Carrier, data, device and network charges remain your responsibility.

Connect is currently provided in a controlled-testing phase. Features, interfaces, integrations and availability may change before commercial production launch. Test data and workflows must not be relied on as production records unless Capital Blueprint and the relevant subscriber expressly confirm otherwise.

We may update the application, require a minimum version, change compatible devices or temporarily restrict functionality for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Notification delivery is not guaranteed and must not be the only mechanism used to meet a legal or operational deadline.

Information handling is described in the Capital Blueprint Connect privacy notice. Device settings control permissions such as notifications, foreground location and biometric or passcode authentication. Withdrawing a permission may limit relevant functionality.

Capital Blueprint and its licensors retain all rights in Connect, Capital Blueprint OS, branding, software, documentation, designs and related materials. Subject to these terms and applicable subscriber agreements, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Connect for its authorised purpose.

Access may be suspended or terminated if authorisation ends, a subscriber instructs us to remove access, security is at risk, these terms are breached, the service is discontinued or suspension is reasonably required by law. You may stop using Connect and uninstall it at any time, but doing so does not automatically delete the identity, subscriber records, connected sessions or retained audit evidence.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to applicable enterprise commitments, controlled-testing versions are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free notification delivery, compatibility with every device or that all information supplied by a subscriber or requesting application is complete or accurate.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability relating to enterprise use is governed by the applicable signed agreement. For use not governed by such an agreement, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without consent. Governing law, dispute resolution and notices follow the applicable subscriber or Capital Blueprint agreement; mandatory rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the application develops or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
